wandb integration #13

wandb might give us a way to easily to report the status of training runs to slack for example.

wandb has worked great for remote tensorboard-like charting and stuff. I've been using it in with my personal account the last few months. for the 2.12 training run I'm sharing a wandb dashboard here: https://wandb.ai/alexsh/iNat%20CV/reports/2-12-Training-Run--Vmlldzo2OTgxNDIy starting with 2.13 I'll convert to using a non-personal account wandb org account.

[x] cleanup CV integration to put wandb config (project name, log frequency) into the training run config file
