Let's scale our NL search demo by looking at one of the open source vector databases to store large amounts data for CLIP and query it effectively.

I looked at https://qdrant.tech and https://lancedb.com which both seem pretty awesome, but it seems like elastic can do what we want and working with our existing infrastructure is really important.
