Make sure spatial export does not assign spatial_class_id to Life #62

Right now the Life taxon will get a spatial_class_id and will have data in the spatial_data file, but it is not listed in the taxonomy file. We don't want to consider life at all, so make sure it doesn't get a spatial_class_id, nor any spatial data
