Taxon Detail Spacing UI Fix #1747

The spacing for the text and iconography at the top of taxon detail isn't matching the designs. Please update the spacing for taxon detail to match the following spacing:

Please note that this spacing adjustment also applies to the heading when you go into taxon detail -> click into the map.
