Change color of explore view switcher UI #2154

Explore switcher UI is too difficult to see right now, so we want to change the colors of it to make it more visible on the darker cards.

[ ] Change the explore view button to have a white background, green icon, and a light gray inside border

@kueda Hi , Would it be possible to provide the design access for this enhancement? I can work on this ticket, and having the designs would help to implement it
