Closes #799 Closes #2105

Adds useAuthenticatedInfiniteQuery to fetch projects with infinite scrolling
Use CustomFlashList and InfiniteScrollLoadingWheel in Projects to standardize with the rest of the app's infinite scroll screens
Make sure Projects Nearby doesn't blink from location loading
Fetch same nearby results as legacy iOS iNat app
