Describe the bug
I have been experiencing a bug where i will use the AI camera and all the tappable UI will freeze. I can't tap any buttons or change the screen at all, but the identification is changing. The focus grid icon will also appear where i have tapped, maybe a bit later than I expect. Even after tapping all over the screen, nothing happens. After having it open like this for some time, it will turn into a black screen. If I had tapped on the gallery button before this, it will sometimes open the gallery after showing the black screen. Once the gallery is closed, I can actually use the AI camera properly.
Strangely, I have experienced this last week and this week, both during testing for feedback review.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Honestly, there is no consistent way to reproduce this. But the last 2 times this happened, here's what happened:
I installed a fresh install of 0.54.0 (125)
I was testing several bugs related to gallery upload, so I had opened the camera, given camera permissions, and then opened the gallery and uploaded multiple observations from the gallery and also deleted them.
After about an hour or so of testing, I opened the AI camera to take a photo and found I could not interact with any of the buttons. I tapped like a madman. The ID on screen did not seem to change much, even if I pointed it at different organisms. One time, I pointed it at a philodendron, which then showed up as an ID maybe 1 minute later.
I tried tapping all over the screen, but after maybe 3 or so minutes, the entire camera view turned black. Then, the gallery opened suddenly (assuming because I had tapped the gallery button in my frenzy)
Then upon closing the gallery, I couldn't interact with the AI camera still so i force quit the app.
Upon every open of the AI camera thereafter, I experienced the same symptoms, sometimes with the black screen appearing sooner than before. And one time, I clicked "cancel" from the iOS native gallery and landed on AI camera, and suddenly everything was clickable and i never experienced this issue again. What a mystery.
Expected behavior
Ideally, there should be no issues with interacting with any of the UI in the AI camera.
