suffice to say, rails that move the cart along ana/kata

i actually have an idea to improve this, normally a minecart can only turn left or right at an intersection, so redstone power is enough to decide which way the track will go, but in 4D, the minecart could turn left, right, ana, or kata at an intersection, so there should be a special lever that can have 4 states that is only to decide the direction at a 4D intersection

A lot of other stuff has to happen right now, so this'll be done eventually. If it was lever based it would still only use a two state lever, it's just that every power on/off would cycle between the 4 states

or it could somehow take 2 redstone signals
