Not working properly #261

Hi! The notifier used to work perfectly but recently it has stopped working properly. I have 3 google accounts: my primary one is not a gmail, I have a secondary gmail for personal use, and a third one for business purposes. Since my primary google account is not a gmail, I don't need any notifications for it. However, I keep getting new tab pop-up notifications that urge me to make a gmail (which I don't want because I already have a gmail-- just not under that account). So question #1: how do I stop the notifications for my primary google account? Secondly, I am not getting notified for my other two accounts, which I actually want notifications for. This has caused me to miss emails, which I'm extremely disappointed about because I trusted Gmail Notifier to do the job so I don't check my email until I get a notification, but it somehow randomly stopped working. So question #2: how do I enable notifications for my secondary/tertiary accounts? Is there something that I should change in the "Receive notifications for the following labels and accounts" section? What should be in my boxes? This worked fine before but now no longer does, so I'd really appreciate it if you can help me rectify this situation. Thanks in advance!

Open Options, in the feeds-setting section, add label inbox to those accounts you need, and remove label inbox from the rest. Wait for one period for the notifier to adjust to the new settings.

Okay, thank you! The notifications work now! However, I still cannot stop the popups that urge me to create a gmail on my primary account, which I do not want to do. Do you know how I can stop those?

so have you removed label `inbox' in the settings form the "Primary account (/mail/u/0/)" field?

Yes. My primary account field is blank but I still get popup tabs telling me to sign up for a gmail on my google account

Well, I just checked the extension and it works as expected. If I remove the label inbox from my primary account I only get notifications of the secondary account provided that the secondary account is logged-in. If not you will get notifications of the primary account as Google redirects the secondary account to the primary account!

Hmmm...I am always logged in to all of my accounts though

Then I have no idea what could cause the problem!
