Problems with video description etc #6

Its a couple of days now that the section under a video (About, Share, Stats etc) is "misbehaving". First of all, the About section, shows nothing. Really, nothing. When I disable the add-on it is working fine. In addition to that, the other buttons, seem unresponsive and it takes some time after pressing "Share" to actually display the corresponding menu.

I have been using this extension for a long time and was perfectly satisfied, but I'm looking towards other solutions (or towards the inconvenience the stock Youtube offers) since that problem occured.

Any solutions?

Have you changed anything in the addon setting? Do you get any relevant error in the error console (ctrl + shift + j) while opening a YouTube page

I had not changed anything till that thing occured. It just happened. I have to point out that I didn't spot in immediately. Just as I tried to look at a video description I saw that it would not be displayed.

As for the second part, I am not capable of noticing such an error (I can't tell what's a relevant error). i am a newbie. I just signed up to post about this problem

edit: I have to say that I saw a similar problem at a review and that's why I said "I can;t be the only one"

Thanks for the report. The problem is now fixed on 0.3.1b1 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-control-center/versions/

That's some serious sh*t when we are talking about technical support. Thanks a lot, it fixed the problem.

(Though it seems I can no longer find the option that stops the autoplay but lets the videos buffer)

You need to check "[player] autobuffer ..." and uncheck "[player] autoplay ..." for that
