Cannot open directory; number=-1, code=EPERM #41

Hi,

I am using a Mac and receive the following error code when trying to convert to MP3: Cannot open directory; number=-1, code=EPERM

I am not sure how to troubleshoot and would appreciate any help.

The same phenomenon occurs When I opened the console, I got the following message

Hi,

I don’t think I ever did via the pop up window. But I found an alternative way to convert. From the extension itself in the browser it gives you an option to open an online converter. I think this is if you click the extension icon and also in screen with the download video options. I use that now and has worked so far.
