[Feature request] Add certain function button for all downloads #41

Hi!

A request to add a button for all of the active downloads, namely "Resume all", "Pause all" and "Cancel all". This would make it significantly easier to work with bulk downloads, that keep stopping. Maybe somehow related to the issue #39.
