I saw this issue when tried to load big file 1.8G from vk.com using internal VPN (my disk have enough free space. I also tried to restart Opera)

It would be nice user-friendly message to understand what is wrong if problem with resource.

I have also encountered this error. It would be really nice to have even a tiny little bit of documentation. Or... Perhaps you could allow a wiki on GitHub? That would be very cool.
