Allow the user to switch off the plotting of occurrence records on leaflet maps #10

Plotting occurrence records on the leaflet map greatly slows down the speed at which the map is rendered. In addition, for species with many records, the climate matching layer becomes practically invisible in certain regions because it is completely covered by occurrence records that are plotted on top. Therefore, we'll add an option that allows the user to choose to not plot these records on the leaflet maps.

@SanderDevisscher we could write a function to create a plot with only the occurrence records, in case the user still wants an overview of the distribution of observatons?
