Update climate layers: Add climate zone predictions for multiple future scenarios and use the newest KG layers #8

Currently, the Köppen-Geiger climate classification maps are only used for future predictions under RCP 4.5. It would be nice to have predictions for RCP 2.6 and RCP 8.5 too, representing the most optimistic and pessimistic emission scenario respectively. In addition, a new set of KG layers has been published half a year ago. They are constructed at a higher resolution (1km) than the ones we use so far so it would be nice to switch to these layers instead. These layers can be found here and are published in this paper. The historical maps encompass 1901–1930, 1931–1960, 1961–1990, and 1991–2020, while the future maps encompass 2041–2070 and 2071–2099.

@SanderDevisscher for the missing time period, we could stick with the 2026-2050-A1F1 climate classificaton map that we already use now to fill up the hole between 2020 and 2041, what do you think?

Ok for me
