inbo_rapport_2015: add pandoc_args argument #3

This allows further pandoc functionality from within the INBO report template, such as adding filters to let pandoc work with Zotero. This conforms to the way it is done in the pdf_document output format in rmarkdown. @ThierryO

The Roxygen documentation for pandoc_args is missing. Please add this. Make sure that the package passes R CMD Check --as-cran before submitting a pull request.

R CMD check --as-cran succeeded with one warning: Package vignette without corresponding PDF/HTML: ‘demoslide.Rmd’ because I also use --no-build-vignettes (otherwise execution halts)
