inbo_rapport: long subsection titles run off page #47

Long subsection titles run off the page instead of wrap to a new line.

The problem occurs in underlined titles that contain Markdown syntax or quotes. The problem is a 'feature' of the ulem LaTeX package. There is, AFAIK, currently no solution. There are a few workarounds:

  1. Don't underline titles. This would be a solution (and not a workaround) but is it not allowed by merkenbeleid Vlaanderen :-(
  2. Use short titles
  3. Don't use offending syntax
  4. Manually add \break at the locations where you want the line to break.
