Update inbo.csl to match state at CSL repository #53

This PR updates inbo.csl to the state of research-institute-for-nature-and-forest.csl in the CSL repository at commit bc20f1c.

Thanks for the PR. Can you rebase this on to the current master?

Could you also add a function which download the cls file from the CLS repository? Place it in dataraw at it is only needed when updating the package.

Regarding the rebase, this is done, but remind that develop is not yet merged into master, while the current branch was based on develop. Perhaps you can drop develop after merging it into master.
