As soon as the UAT s3 bucket for the alien species portal is up and running, I can start with these scripts

[x] get GRIIS checklist from gbif
[ ] get occurrences from gbif using GRIIS checklist
[x] get bullfrog management from gbif
[x] run bullfrog management prep
[x] #21

Try to use python in rstudio

bullfrog management prep is currently a functioning workflow at sk_analyse repo. I'll move it here. these are part of the Trias workflow and should run there ? get GRIIS checklist from gbif get occurrences from gbif using GRIIS checklist
