O_WESTERSCHELDE does not have `import-marked-outlier` #180

GPS data downloaded and deposited for O_WESTERSCHELDE does not have the column import-marked-outlier. It should be investigated why.

Running outliers.Rmd on the data, there are:

2018: 7 outliers found using 2 runs for L918405 and 1 outliers found using 2 runs for L922103
2019: 0 outliers
2020: 0 outliers

So that is 8 outliers on 73047 records in total.

Given:

there are only 8 outliers
it is difficult to overwrite data in Movebank
this dataset is completed (so no necessary updates in Zenodo)
the GBIF dataset is based on the last publication on Zenodo

I will not update this dataset to add import-marked-outlier (which was erroneously missing when originally uploaded).
