Update term definitions by pulling from Movebank Attribute Dictionary + use `skos:exactMatch`

Use skos:exactMatch rather than rdfType (see be559aa) and pull definitions from Movebank Attribute Dictionary. Requires reuploading datapackage.json to Zenodo for the following datasets:

• [x] MH_ANTWERPEN: as part of regular update
• [x] MH_WATERLAND (see also #182)
• [x] O_AMELAND: already done
• [x] O_ASSEN (new)
• [x] O_BALGZAND (new)
• [x] O_SCHIERMONNIKOOG (new)
• [x] O_VLIELAND (new)
• [x] O_WESTERSCHELDE: as part of regular update
