Reexports example_dataset() #312

Instead of having a mica datapackage object, we should reexport camtrapdp::example_dataset(). Why? - - Lighter package

No need to maintain the dataset ourselves
Maintain a strict link with the official example of the camtrap DP data exchange format

Also, we can simply use x as variable instead of mica in vignettes.

[x] Remove mica dataset from inst/extdata (see #285)
