Libellen

[x] datasets/rl-libellen-checklist/src/dwc_mapping.rmd.txt has the wrong extension, please update to dwc_mapping.Rmd file.
[ ] Do we still need a libellen checklist? Isn't that part of https://ipt.inbo.be/resource?r=rl-flanders-validated-checklist now?

Watervogels

[x] Why a new file "localities_updates.csv"? Shouldn't those be included in https://github.com/inbo/data-publication/blob/master/datasets/watervogels-occurrences/localities/localities_centroid_coordinates.csv and localities.geojson?
[x] What is the file https://github.com/inbo/data-publication/blob/master/datasets/watervogels-occurrences/localities/watervogeks.qgz (note it has a typo in the name).
[x] Overall there are currently too many files in https://github.com/inbo/data-publication/tree/master/datasets/watervogels-occurrences/localities, making it confusing which files are source files to be used.

Probably not needed like this anymore and Red list will be integrated in rl-flanders-validated The checklist will first go to NBN...
