rename vcr to v2.4 #309

The vcr branch is now the HEAD for the future demo, it should be renamed to the version number.

[x] update version in DESCRIPTION
[x] rename vcr branch
[x] check if I branched from vcr since
[x] update local fork on RStudio VLIZ
[x] update local fork locally
[x] check if I can close opencpu-client
[x] check if I can close opencpu-client-dev
