Should we move the location manager data to a separate table?

Advantages:

• You only have to fill out this information once
• Less chances for inconsistency (e.g. same manager with 2 phone numbers)
• This is sensitive information, while the receiver metadata is less so

Disadvantage:

• You have to remember the manager_id to link
