When is a new line created for the same receiver? #19

@ammouton, @karenrobberechts, we have to decide when a new line will be created for the same receiver_id. Could you indicate when this should be done?

[x] The receiver has been moved (i.e. different location)
[x] The receiver was temporarily shut off (i.e. same location, but gap in detection)
[x] The receiver became part of a another project (location still the same + no gap in detection)

Great, but then we will certainly need removed_at dates (even a close estimation is good) on receivers that are no longer active, see #18.
