New columns for receivers #27

I will add the following columns to receivers:

Can you indicate:

  1. If the position (after column...) I want to add these fields is OK?
  2. If the column is_moored is OK. We discussed this as moored_ok, but I'd like to find a more standard column name, similar to is_active and has_weight...

It's fine for me. Any doubt or ambiguity can be further explained in the 'remark' column.

3 columns added. I populated is_active with FALSE if a removed_at date was available. Please complete this and other columns if necessary.
