Aggregator script should include receiver_code #38

The mapping will require the receiver_code (#37). The script should be updated to include this column.

Note that the 9th column (ReceiverCode) of the VUE export file VUE_export_20150226.csv now includes the standardized receiver code. It should be included in the output file.

The receiver code in the INBO and VLIZ formats are in the columns Station Name.
