Add ref to shakhimardan network #81

This PR:

  1. Adds a reference station called station_hydropower to the station to receivernetworks/detectionnetwork_marinkas.csv.
  2. Modify the linear coordinate reference to use: 32642
  3. Calculate the new distance matrix using raster with 50m resolution (instead of 300m) This new distance matrix overwrites the existing one in results/distancematrix_shad.csv.

It seems that the distance among receivers changes a lot and it is mainly due to the coordinate reference system.
