add lifecycle badge #13

Adding a lifecycle badge to the readme to indicate that the package is currently in an experimental state. You can update this badge with usethis::use_lifecycle_badge()

Tiny change, just adding a badge to readme. Feel free to merge yourself after review.

I think an experimental status is warranted until we have at least some tests implemented.
