Add dataset citation to DCAT feed

Hi @pietercolpaert, is there a way to express a suggested citation for a dataset through DCAT-AP?

In each case, I think you'll find the answer to your question using these ontologies:

• http://www.sparontologies.net/ontologies/cito/source.html → cito
• http://www.sparontologies.net/ontologies/fabio/source.html → fabio
• http://purl.org/dc/terms/bibliographicCitation → dcterms:bibliographicCitation
