Add waarneming data #14

Dag @EmmaCartuyvels1,

As discussed, I'll soon add the waarnemingen.be data to the MICA dashboard, taking care of showing them as occurrences and not catches (data from https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/search?dataset_key=9a0b66df-7535-4f28-9f4e-5bc11b8b096c&taxon_key=5219858&taxon_key=4264680).

We were also wondering if we should also show data :

from the Netherlands (beware: the data is on a 5km grid, so locations are very imprecise): https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/search?country=NL&dataset_key=8a863029-f435-446a-821e-275f4f641165&taxon_key=5219858&taxon_key=4264680
