Similar to what we implemented for the RIPARIAS early warning webapp, it would be great to put the website in "maintenance mode" while we automatically import occurrences (#10)

I've had a good experience so far with https://pypi.org/project/django-maintenance-mode/

Update: django-maintenance-mode is now installed and configured!

That's implemented with the new import script
