Similar to what we did for RIPARIAS early alert.

At the very least, the timestamp of the last occurrence import should be visible to visitors.

Probably sufficient to provide a link to the GBIF download that is currently used by the dashboard.

Discussed with @EmmaCartuyvels1:

Provide a separate page that lists the (catch) GBIF datasets that are currently in the used GBIF download. Provide per dataset the title and latest publication date.
