Update: I was informed that the survey data only covers two areas in Flanders, while 4 polygons (with a number) are shown. So that's probably a good entry point for the inverstigation.
I fixed a couple of issues in the code, I think we can close this for now and create a new ticket if data issues happen again.
Hey @EmmaCartuyvels1:
I've made good progress towards https://github.com/inbo/mica-dashboard/issues/35 (This is already visible on https://mica-uat.inbo.be/).
However, the results sometimes appear to be weird because the observation data from https://www.gbif.org/dataset/cd1c5bf1-0d7a-447a-875a-919f22e325bb doesn't always seem to fall within the MICA areas. As a consequence, those observations are ignored because the system cannot attribute them to any MICA area. Can you have a quick look and tell me if you know which data is incorrect and why?
In the screenshot below, the observations from GBIF (biodiversity indicators) appear as red dots, while MICA areas appear in green.
Thanks for your support!
