Tool to monitor website visits

Hi @EmmaCartuyvels1 ,

If I'm not mistaken, we have discussed adding some sort of tools to the website to monitor the number of visitors.

I was wondering if INBO (IT OPS) had some recommendations about this? I am not super experienced on this topic, I know that Google Analytics is the standard answers for such needs, but also that it's probably overkill for us, and some people prefer to avoid it for ethical (privacy, ... ) reasons. So, my practical questions are:

should we go for Google Analytics, or something else? Any standard tool/procedure for this within INBO?
if we go for it, can the IT ops create the entry in the analytics for us and send me the code I should add to the website to perforn the integration?

No feedback yet from INBO IT, and I don't know what the best approach is, so maybe just do what you think is best!
