Missing species names for grassland and marsh habitattypes #35

Some species names are missing. This is because in INBOVEG a species name was added that does not belong to the 'oficial' species list. In that case the species name is not exported. See table below.

check_vegopname.csv

I suppose in most cases the species name in INBOVEG is 'mos spec'. This has no impact on the LSVI for most habitattypes unless it is one of the 'vermossing' species. But I suppose the 'vermossing' species are well known. For habitattype 7140_meso there is an indicator 'moslaag' which can be impacted. But there are nog no missing species names for the plots with 7140_meso.

There is also one plot with a missing species name for the herblayer 'Spergularia media' (IV2019010315285888).

I checked the missing records from the csv:

  1. Herblayer species Spergularia media was replaces by a synonym, that should be owkay now
  2. Moss species is a bit complicated and in many cases does not relate to 'mos spec', again an issue of outdated synonymy i suppose. seems in many cases 'pseudoscleropodium purum' is not recognized. the package is probably still using the old 'scleropodium purum' as the accepted name... Not sure on how to solve this? Changing all the releve data to an old name is an option in theory but requires querying and editing a lot of relev's since thisis a common species
  3. is is unclear to me how the package deals with the user defined names such as 'mos spec', which does not seems to create a missing value, but 'Bryophyta spec.' f.e. does... I have changed the latter to 'mos spec'
