expand_types(): add support to expand 5130_hei #143

Support for expanding an input dataframe that has 5130_hei by adding main type 5130 makes sense: habitatmap_terr only contains 5130, not its subtype codes. Since 5130 is mostly 5130_hei, 5130 (polygons) should not be added when only 5130_kalk is in the input.

This follows the general philosophy of the function.
