Updates by @jeroenvdborre, both for English (en) and Dutch (nl) names.

A few more tweaks seem needed:

Dutch: de Littorelletalia uniflorae en/of de Isoëto-Nanojuncetea = original was the correct usage: the order (this case) and class syntaxa are plural nouns.
consistent usage of capitalization of first letter (some were updated, but heterogeneity remains).

EDIT: these changes have been done in 0106115.
