Drop two built-in data sources; deprecate `read_schemes()` and `read_scheme_types()` #175

read_schemes() and read_scheme_types() move to a new package {n2khabmon}. Deprecating them here. The accompanying data sources schemes and scheme_types are dropped. Also the corresponding rows of the namelist have been removed.
