rbbvos+ has been considered too loosely defined as some intermediate between rbbvos and 6510_hua, and it has not been mapped consistently. Hence this type is considered obsolete, but do note that it exists in versions of the raw habitatmap data source.
This PR is probably best merged only after https://github.com/inbo/n2khab-preprocessing/pull/65 has been finished (which will include rbbvos+ to rbbvos translation in the latest versions of habitatmap_stdized and data sources derived from it) or when read_habitatmap_stdized() and friends have been scrutinized/updated to cope with those new data source versions.
