groundwater and flood dependency were added (from this gsheet) as 3-level factors groundw_dep and flood_dep (note that the latter is not defined for aquatic types, i.e. if hydr_class == "HC3").
read_types() adds names & shortnames for these attributes, as factors with labels in the requested language and with their level order in accordance with the levels of the attribute.
Documentation of types & read_types() was updated accordingly.
