read_habitatsprings(): accommodate new datasource version #62

This accommodates the second version of the data source, authored by @Patrikoosterlynck (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3686984).

Note that read_habitatsprings() currently doesn't check the file version, though it accommodates both versions (the version argument is to be set manually, and defaults to latest version).

Will be merged in release candidate 0.2.
