Updated water dependency attributes of types

Updates in the types data source were done:

• updates of flood dependency scores - see b38f2b0 (thanks @w-jan)
• wider hydrological class of 7220 (thanks @anleyssen, @Patrikoosterlynck, Luc Denys)
• wider hydrological class of rbbsp (as recommended earlier by Luc De Keersmaeker & Jan Van Uytvanck)

It took some time before the consequences could be checked and side-effects handled, e.g. for the delineation of the scheme's target populations and environmental factors to be monitored. Cf. such updates in inbo/n2khab-mne-design#61.

Consequent commits are still to be added, e.g. to update the scheme_types data source in n2khab.

Spatial restrictions of schemes were updated with respect to shallow groundwater zones for groundwater schemes, and the restriction to terrestrial or aquatic forms of 7220 in several schemes of groundwater, inundation water and surface water.

Considered as ready for merging these interrelated changes into the release candidate for 0.2.0!
