read_habitatmap_terr(): add drop_7220 argument #71

This extra argument to read_habitatmap_terr() addresses the considerations in issue #66.

drop_7220 Logical; TRUE by default. Should occurrences of type 7220 be dropped from the result? To get more accurate information about type 7220, notably its occurrences, surface area and other characteristics, it is advised to use the habitatsprings data source and not habitatmap_terr - see read_habitatsprings().

Merging this in release candidate 0.2.0.
