[x] harden CRS representations
[x] simplify handling of file locations, cf. path & file arguments (#86)
[x] add function read_habitatquarries() (#81)
[x] textdata rerun (updates detection)
[x] address textdata issues
[x] re-integrate download_zenodo() (from inborutils)
[x] drop some package dependencies to speed up
