Update codetables.rst #157

@johanvdw Is there any other place in the documentation where the possibility to include your own codetable(s) is mentioned? If not, it might be stressed more, which I tried here. And is it correct that it can only be implemented by specifying it in the configuration file, i.e. not interactively?

@DriesAdriaens : I am not aware of another place, but we should probably also add this to https://inbo.github.io/niche_vlaanderen/advanced_usage.html#

It is also possible to overwrite the codetables in interactive mode ( see https://inbo.github.io/niche_vlaanderen/lowlevel.html#niche ) but the description there is minimal.

@johanvdw OK. I tried to add this to the jupyter notebook. Can you check if it is correctly implemented? Regarding lowlevel.rst: I don't understand the structure and I am therefore reluctant to try to edit, but for me that documention seems sufficient.
