Version control and Reference tables update #379

See issue 367. Built on top of PR376 (issue 319) in order to integrate the groundwater sign changes already (needed for testing as well).

Main changes:

version.py updated with additional dunder_attributes
niche.py expanded with these attribute data in repr
update of table headers in code tables
update of code accordingly to address, check, compare correct columns.
documentation: update of "Releasing a new version" in CONTRIBUTING.rst
