[BUG] Download figuur button does not work for wbe grenzen en jachtterreinen #403

Describe the bug When investigating #402 I noticed the download figuur button does not work as it should. When you click on it you get prompted to save a .htm file. When you continue it starts to download but quickly fails stating "Mislukt - Serverprobleem".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'wbe.inbo.be'
  2. Scroll down to 'WBE grenzen en jachtterreinen'
  3. Click on 'download figuur'
  4. Click on 'save'
  5. See error

Expected behavior A .jpeg is downloaded
