[BUG] when intial region == flanders dashboard maps do not load #442

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'faunabeheer.inbo.be'
  2. Click on 'dashboard'
  3. select 'flanders' (directly not province or other first)
  4. select 'huidig verspreidingsgebied'
  5. Scroll down to 'huidig verspreidingsgebied'
  6. See error

Expected behavior Maps are loaded also when user selects flanders first
